To apply a promo or discount code:

• Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the "Discount Code" box. 

• Click the "Apply" button to see your new total before finalizing your order.

• Only one code can be used per order.

If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device.

If you forgot to apply a discount code at checkout:

You have 30 minutes post-checkout to make any last-minute changes or cancel your order. Please double-check that you’ve applied any applicable discount codes and that your shipping address and order items are correct to avoid any shipping delays.

You can make changes by signing in to your Alex Evenings account or by using the link in your order confirmation email. Please note, after this 30-minute window has closed, cancellations and edits cannot be made.
