My shipped package is missing. What can I do?Updated 13 days ago
Tracking is marked as delivered, but the package has not been received:
If no one is available to receive your package at the time of delivery, the carrier may have left it in a secure location. We recommend checking around your property, as well as with neighbors, building management, or front desk personnel who may have accepted the package on your behalf. In some cases, carriers may mark a package as delivered before it has reached its final destination. For this reason, we suggest allowing up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after a package has been marked as delivered.
If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance. If additional support is needed after speaking with the carrier, please email our team at [email protected] and include your order number so we can better assist you.
Tracking is still marked as in-transit:
If your package is still in transit and has passed its expected delivery date, please allow up to 10 business days from the date it left our warehouse for tracking to update and your package to arrive. Occasionally, FedEx may experience delays due to weather, holiday weekends, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience while your package makes its way to you. If there have been no tracking updates after those 10 business days, please email us at [email protected], and our team will be happy to assist you.
