How do I make a return or exchange?

Unfortunately, we do not offer QR codes for returns. Once you submit a return through our return portal, your return label and packing slip will be automatically emailed to you. These documents must be printed before sending your return.If you do not have access to a printer, we recommend visiting your local library or an office supply store, such as Staples. Many of these locations offer printing services.

Will you send me a QR code for my return label?

You can expect your refund to process within approximately 10-14 business days of your merchandise arriving at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once your refund is processed. Please note, your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once we have processed a refund.&#xA0;
